To give you an idea of what we bring to these wedding fairs, please meet the first batch of our exhibitors from The Bristol Vintage Fair. The rest to come in part 2 - there are just that many wonderful things to show you. By the way, the next fair is in Manchester on November 24th!
We kick off with the super cute sweet shop, Emily's Best. They love all things vintage; afternoon tea, sweets by the quarter and old fashioned service. As they say, their style is timeless, a little bit quirky and lots of fun. Having this pretty sweet shop at your wedding would be a serious talking point for guests of all ages and the variety of sweets would suit everybody too! Sweets are served in big glass jars and weighed with old fashioned balancing scales. And you know what? They're bloody lovely people too! Oh and you'll be pleased to hear that Steven Peach has years of experience as a press photographer and has the technical brain of the two, whereas Jo has a degree in Fine Art Photography and delivers the creative side to the job. They both love collecting old cameras and wandering through car boot sales, thrift and junk shops and they're in no hurry to give up! This loving, curious attitude reflects in their photography as they are beady eyed looking for the next beautiful portrait.

Keeping things collaborative, it's fantastic to see that Zoe works with photographer Abi Humphries to provide the bride, bride and groom or the entire bridal party with an "after the wedding" photoshoot. The choice of flowers is so vast, so how does the retro bride make a decision? The rustic, colourful bouquets on display from Lucy Anna Flowers caught my eye instantly. I loved the dusky pinks, rusty oranges and the autumnal foliage. Though wedding bouquets are her passion, Lucy also creates gorgeous floral arrangements for local restaurants, pubs and businesses. Lucy even provides a service where this can be done on a weekly basis, you'll never have lifeless flowers again!

We now come to a completely style of photography with Oliver Burnside. The Polaroids on display at our fair were hung up on string with pegs, like a washing line of loveliness! As Oliver puts it, the best way to get the feel for his style is to browse through his blog and gallery. Oliver understands that this is your big day and that though he will be doing his job to the best of his ability, he will be understanding, courteous, flexible and above all, passionate about your wedding photographs.
There are few candid shots in Oliver's portfolio and we feel that this adds to his natural "fly on the wall" style of wedding photography. The bride and groom can't be everywhere at once on their big day, so Oliver aims to capture all of those little moments with stunningly simple compositions to capture all of the little moments on your big day.

Next we bring you The Roadhouse Roosters who rock'n'roll'd the house down. Not only were they dressed to impress, these guys created an authentic retro sound, perfect for the vintage wedding reception. They've got the classic line up of electric guitar, double bass, drums and strong male vocals. With classic rockabilly covers such as Please Mama Please, Rock This Town and Don't Be Gone Long they bring to life the 50s rock and roll style. Think Buddy Holly, Elvis and The Commodores. The Roosters have the wonderfully confident front man John "Johnny" Smith who will gently get your wedding guests up on their feet! Well, they even got us dancing at our fair! Brilliant musicians, make sure you get your booking in for next year!

Lastly we have another very different take on wedding photography. Fishee Designs are a mobile photography booth that inject a great amount of fun to your wedding album. The words they give us are vintage, shabby chic, interactive, quirky and fashionable and we couldn't agree more! Emily, the founder of the company, is determined to stand out and create something truly unique. She blends photography with graphic design to offer you something very distinctive for capturing special memories.
Guests can have fun with a variety of props along a variety of themes and the interactive element of this booth will make sure your guests are continuously entertained. The stress and monotonous of posed photographs is instantly erased as everyone is encouraged to relax and enjoy themselves in front of the camera. The girls themselves are wonderful and look fantastic and they'll be giggling with you as you look ever so silly in their photo booth!
